  • I love pilates reformer classes but was never able to budget for them since they are SO expensive everywhere else. Thrilled that I found Kit and am able to do regular classes at a reasonable price. (I do the 8 pack so it's $26/class. They offer a few types of classes/packages and some are even cheaper, and they also accommodate people based individual need.) The message that "Pilates is for everyone" is a message that they honor in that way, and through inclusivity in general. Its also just a great workout - dynamic and challenging without being overly intense. And Kit's a stellar instructor, they make you comfortable and it's fun. Highly recommend!

  • My teenage son and I both take lessons with Kit. The theme of Pilates is for everyone really holds true here. Finding strength-based workouts with an instructor that I trust to keep a beginner teen safe during his growth period seemed overwhelming before I found Kit. They are dedicated and intentional with all students and I couldn’t say enough good things about them! The prices are far more affordable than most Pilates studios and the small space makes each person feel involved and motivated. Highly recommend!
