Mat classes make use of your own bodyweight without the assistance of equipment (besides small props.) Mat classes are capped at 7 participants, so you always know you’re getting personalized attention.
20-pack packages are eligible for my package-matching initiative. For every 20-pack of group classes I sell (Mat or Equipment), I will donate a 20-pack to a member of the Longmont community who would normally be unable to afford class.
